Judy Ann on having a baby: Don’t pressure us
JUDY Ann Santos says she feels she's being pressured to have a baby quickly. "When Ryan and I were dating, we were pressured na umamin na," she says. "When we admitted we were on, we were pressured kung kailan kami pakakasal. Akala namin, tapos na ang issues sa'min doon, pero ngayong kasal na kami, ang lagi namang tanong, kailan na yung baby? Naku, e one month pa lang po kaming kasal, wag nyo naman kaming apurahin. Sabagay, even our parents, gusto na rin magkaapo sa amin. But we haven't even moved to our new house in Alabang yet kasi di pa tapos ang finishing at di pa kumpleto sa gamit. So 'yun muna ang gusto naming tapusin kasi as of now, sa bahay nina Ryan sa BF Parañaque kami tumutuloy."
How's Ryan as a husband? "Very caring, maalaga talaga. Walang effort 'yun on his part as he's really like that by nature, even to his parents, sa mga pamangkin and friends niya. When he's out working, he always checks on me kung okay ako"
And how's Juday as a wife? "Super maasikaso," says Ryan. "She cooks for my family, lalo na 'yung putahe niyang angrydobo na nagawa niya ang recipe when we had a fight while in the U.S. last year. Lahat ng napapatikim niya, nasasarapan."
They're happy to be working together in "George and Cecil,”which starts airing tonight on ABS-CBN. "Tipid sa gas kasi sabay kaming nagre-report sa taping at sabay ring umuuwi," says Juday. "The show is so entertaining kasi we play characters so different from what we are in real life. May role reversal kami rito since I'm George, a female cop, and Ryan is Cecil, a high school teacher. Masaya ang show and I'm sure viewers will enjoy watching it."
