Matteo Guadicelli Denies Snubbing Rayver Cruz

ACCORDING to Matteo Guadicelli, it’s not true that he has plans of courting Sarah Geronimo.

“Yes, that’s just a rumor. I won’t deny that I admire her talents. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that I’m already courting her,” he states.

Reports have it that he is in constant communication with the Pop Princess.

“Let’s just say that our lines are open. In fact, before she flew to the US for a number of shows, I was able to converse with her. We discussed about going to school. It was nice.”

People are curious to know how he and Sarah became good pals.

“It all started when I watched her perform in Batangas. I came there along with the Popsters. Then, when she staged a show in Cebu once, I also watched it. I’m from Cebu so it served as an opportune time for me to visit. It was there that we were formally introduced,” Matteo reveals.

His relationship with Sarah’s family, especially her folks is said to be very okay.

“All I can say is they are nice people. Just like Sarah, they’re very down-to-earth. They are warm to me.”

Now that his close friendship with Sarah is out, doesn’t he feel awkward whenever he sees Rayver Cruz?

“I don’t see any reason why we should feel uncomfortable with each other. On the contrary, Rayver and I are fine. We’re friends. In fact, I was surprised upon hearing about the snubbing incident. Definitely, there was no such thing,” says Matteo.
